Avocado Toast is my favorite go to breakfast. It is healthy and delicious. I start with frying one egg on a pan. I put two slices of wheat bread in the toaster, and toast till golden. I spread a fresh avocado on my bread, and take my fried egg and plop it right on my toast topped with sriracha sauce, and everything bagel seasoning. You can also do your egg any style, fried, scrambled, or runny!

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- wheat bread, I love the Daves Killer.
- 1-2 eggs
- pepper or salt
- everything bagel seasoning
- Hot Sauce
- lemon
- Optional- pico de gallo
- whatever other toppings you enjoy!
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Start by turning on your stove to medium heat, crack your egg onto the frying pan.
Step 2
Now that your egg is sizzling, it’s time to prepare your toppings. While the egg cooks, slice your ripe avocado in half and scoop out the creamy goodness into a bowl. Mash it gently with a fork, adding a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon juice to enhance the flavor.
Step 3
Spread the avocado evenly on each slice of bread
Step 4
Take your egg off the pan, when it has gotten to the state of how you like it. Put the egg on top of the toast. Make it a sandwhich, if you please!
Step 5
Add whichever toppings you like, hot sauce, salt and pepper!
