This pasta dish is my favorite. I use Raos rigatoni pasta, Panko bread crumbs on chicken, topped with diced tomatoes, and balsamic with arugula. This meal is healthy and yummy!

 

Ingredients

  • rigatoni
  • tomatoes
  • chicken (any kind)
  • arugula
  • balsamic glaze
  • panko bread crumbs
  • butter
  • salt

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

cut and season chicken with bread crumbs. Place breasts on pan until crispy.

 

Step 2-

Boil water and place rigatoni in when boiling.

 

 Step 3

 Add salt and pepper into pasta.

Step 4

Cut your tomatoes if they are not already. Wash the arugula

Step 5-

drain the pasta and put back into bowl.

Step 6-

Take out chicken when ready. Put pasta on a plate with the chicken, add toppings as preferred.
