A Classic Ceaser Salad is my go to lunch or dinner. I love a refreshing ceaser salad after a long day of classes. I love to add chicken as my protein in salad. I do the easy air fryer tyson nuggets! Fresh romaine lettuce, and add tomatoes, avocado, or whatever toppings interest you! I like this meal because I can also put in a tupperware and bring to school with me on the go!

 

Ingredients

  • lettuce (iceberg, romaine, etc.)
  • tomatoes
  • chicken (any kind)
  • chickpeas
  • avocados
  • hummus
  • Tzatki 
  • dressing, I love balsamic

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

place my chicken nuggets in the airfryer, usually around 10 minutes. 

 

Step 2-

Wash and cut your veggies.

 

 Step 3

 Put lettuce into a big bowl, unload all the toppings.

Step 4

Cut your tomatoes if they are not already, as well as your avocado.

Step 5

unload your veggies into the bowl and top with hummus and tzatki and add your prefered dressings.

Step 6-

Add your toppings as pleased, and enjoy!
